Shipwreck Sunrise
Up for a little adventure? This warming and delightful cocktail I created for St. George Spirits, combines their robust and earthy New Orleans–inspired NOLA Coffee Liqueur with dark rum, allspice dram, coconut, and orange bitters. Complex, balanced, and compelling, this isn’t so much a vacation in a glass as it is a journey somewhere wild and wonderful.
SHIPWRECK SUNRISE
1.5 oz Dark Rum
1 oz St. George NOLA Coffee Liqueur
0.5 oz Liquid Alchemist Coconut Syrup
0.25 oz St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram
3 dashes Orange Bitters
Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake vigorously to chill. Strain into a rocks glass over pebbled ice. Garnish with dried coconut.
