G&Tea Sour


VALLEY G&TEA SOUR

1.5 oz St. George Spirits’ Valley Gin
0.5 oz Green Tea Syrup*
0.5 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
2 Dashes Orange Flower Water
1 Egg White

Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Dry shake for it to get it nice and frothy. Add ice and shake again to chill. Double-strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with an orange peel.

*Green Tea Syrup
8 oz White Cane Sugar
8 oz Green Tea Cold Brew

To make Green Tea Cold Brew, add 1 tablespoon of green tea leaves into 16 oz of filtered water at room temperature. Let it steep for 6 hours in the fridge. Fine strain the liquid into a new container.

To make Green Tea Syrup, combine the Green Tea Cold Brew and sugar into a saucepan and bring to a simmer over medium heat. Maintain a gentle simmer, and occasionally stir for 10 minutes. The sugar should be completely dissolved. Remove from heat and let it cool to room temperature. Fine-strain into an airtight container and store in the refrigerator. (Good for about 3-4 weeks)
