RYE TAI:
1.5 oz Rye (Dark Rye used here)
0.5 oz Jamaica Rum
0.75 oz Fresh Lime Juice
0.5 oz Orgeat
0.25 oz Aperol
0.25 oz Simple Syrup (Demerara Syrup used here since thatβs what I had)
Combine ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake vigorously to chill. Strain over fresh crushed ice in a Collins glass. Garnish with a mint spring and 3 dashes of Angostura Bitters.
