There’s a sense of mystery with the night of Halloween–and with the mischief that escapes in the air, it’s not always clear if it’s going to be delightful or dangerous. Whatever the case may be, being as alive as possible is probably a good move. Especially as the hours grow longer and the fog rolls in. Whether you’re on trick-or-treat candy duty or wandering the streets of exciting characters, this smooth coffee cocktail is a spirited delight. With a concoction of coffee liqueur, bourbon and honey, this one will keep you grounded, but also jazzed for adventures of the night. But be careful of it’s deliciousness and creaminess, because too much easy sipping may turn on you when the full moon hits. 👻

1.5 oz St. George Coffee Liqueur 
0.75 oz Napa Valley Bourbon
1.25 oz Cream
0.25 oz Bay Area Bee Co. 

Add all ingredients into a mixing glass and shake vigorously with ice. Double-strain over a large fresh ice cube in a rocks glass. Garnish with orange zest and some coffee beans.
