Thyme Away is Good For The Soul

Hereโ€™s a lilโ€™ two-parter mixture for youโ€“with a thyme and pear infused gin and a stupendous cocktail to go with it. ๐Ÿ˜

Also, Iโ€™m beyond stoked to share that Iโ€™m now in partnership with Crew Bottle and canโ€™t wait to share more of the endless creations you can do with these gems. ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿป These are game changer bar products. Mixology made easy, my friends. I use these for pretty much everythingโ€”syrups, infusions, shrubs, etc.โ€”they come in clutch for creating and storing. And I am so in love with the removable base and not having to deal with funneling and try to stuff fruits and herbs down the neck of a bottle. I got sold on these bottles pretty quick, and if youโ€™re interested in them, check em out here!

Okay. Now. Drink time.

Thyme Away is Good For The Soul

0.5 oz Lime Juice
0.5 oz Demerara Syrup
2 Dashes of Scrappyโ€™s Lavender Bitters
2 oz Coconut Water

Combine all ingredients (excluding coconut water) into a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake vigorously to chill. Strain into a collins glass over fresh ice. Top with coconut water. Garnish with thyme sprig.

Thyme & Pear Infused Gin (small batch):
1 Large Pear (chopped)
2-3 Thyme Sprigs
12 oz Gin

Store in the fridge for at least a week. Strain out and discard solids. Rebottle and youโ€™re good to go.
